1. Diagnostic Intake & Assessment
Devices submitted for diagnostic assessment undergo microscopic analysis, thermal short inspection, and schematic circuit path evaluation. We provide a transparent quote detailing identified faults before micro-soldering or component replacement begins.
2. "No Fix, No Fee" Policy
For standard motherboard repair assessments, if a logic board is determined to be non-recoverable due to catastrophic multi-layer PCB fracture, core SoC internal damage, or unrepairable physical destruction, no repair fee is charged.
3. Written Repair Warranty
Completed component-level repairs and micro-soldering trace restorations carry our standard written laboratory warranty (ranging from 60 days to 12 months depending on the repair category). Warranty covers replaced IC components and executed solder work. It does not cover subsequent liquid intrusion, physical drop impact, or unauthorized third-party tampering.
4. Mail-In & Collection Terms
Devices sent via mail-in service from across Nigeria must be packaged securely. Customers will receive intake confirmation upon receipt at our laboratory. Completed repairs must be collected or return-shipping confirmed within 30 days of completion notification.
